Today I had appointment with the lovely Dr Jawa. I needed root canal treatment and she made me feel very at ease. She explained everything as she went along ….. she confirmed prices at each stage. I was very sorry that the infection in my tooth had gone so far and she was unable to save the tooth.My experience was more or less painless which was a very pleasant surpriseMany thanksLiz Ely

We had an initial consultation with Dr Bakshi and found him extremely informative. He shared the latest research in the use of protracted face mask and suggested various options for us to consider. His manner with my 8-year old was also very kind and cheerful which was much appreciated. He went beyond and suggested a doctor who specialises in this mask and he would out in a word which was great. I highly recommend this dentist and his practise!

A special shout-out to Magda, who did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was thorough, gentle, and made the entire process so comfortable. My teeth feel incredibly fresh and clean! Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff are extremely friendly and Dr Anwar was great and explained everything I needed to know with so much detail. I felt cared for and excited for my treatment for once!Amazing results, I definitely recommend Serio Dental. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually enjoy going to see the dentist, as long as it's Serio!

Dr Yousif made me feel at ease and gave me a thorough consultation, advising on what would be the best next steps. I’m so pleased with my results and the care and attention to my treatments. Sulaman is an exceptional dentist. I was in a real dental emergency and needed urgent help. I felt at ease as soon as i got there. The reception area was lovely and calming and I was offered a cold towel and water by Gabby who helped calm my nerves just by being friendly.Dr. Anwar took the time to understand my concerns and explain everything clearly. Unlike my previous experiences, he didn't rush me at all. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained my options in a way that I could easily understand.The procedure itself was as painless as possible, and he even showed me the extent of the damage to my tooth.After the extraction, he then took time to explain my post-operative care and referred me to one of the specialists in his practice.I am incredibly grateful for Sulaman's compassionate care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and skilled dentist.

Her gentle technique meant I didn’t feel a thing throughout the treatment, which was a huge relief. I have been seen by Magda H to clean my teeth.I can recommend her & the place without hesitation.The place is clean & friendly.Magda is professional & very confident.I have felt safe & pain free as well as well educated in regards with my gum & teeth possible problems prevention.On the top of this; the fee I have paid was very reasonable for the advance & high quality treatment I have received.

From the time I stepped to the practice, I found the place very welcoming and friendly. I had an emergency situation and I jumped in without any appointment. They suggested to me some dates that didn't work because if my work and the doctor very kindly extended his day to examine my teeth, to get an x-ray and advise me what is the best to do. It was a big positive surprise how they deal with my issue, not leaving me in pain and all of that with a professional but friendly to me attitude. I have been to some other dentists but here I felt comfortable and secure.The cost for the emergency was surprisingly low and reasonable.I definitely recommend it.

The little touches, like the lovely hand towel to help me relax, made a real difference.The hygienist was fantastic—she took the time to explain everything about the appointment, giving me practical tips on how to maintain my teeth in simple, effective ways. The receptionist was also incredibly polite and attentive. As I was leaving, she even handed me a card saying that a tree had been planted as a gift for my first visit! I was really impressed with their eco-friendly approach throughout.Overall, it was brilliant, and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! This is a big change for me since I usually dread going to the dentist. Highly recommend Serio Dental to anyone seeking top-notch, eco-conscious care!

The service was absolutely amazing . Everything from the receptionist to the actual appointment itself, made me feel very comfortable. They fixed my teeth so well and I am very happy with the service . The receptionist is beautiful . I will definitely be coming back

Had an tooth extraction due to an abcess. Was really nervous day prior and in the morning, they really made the procedure smooth and reassured me that theres nothing to worry about. 100% recommend them.

Had a great Airflow polish treatment at Serio Dental with Magda, who was very informative and friendly during the hygienist session. I was given a bamboo toothbrush and an interdental floss to take home too. All the assistants and rest of staff were lovely, and I would highly recommend the Serio Dental practice for tremendous professionalism and great service!
